Meredith has dedicated herself to the practice, study, and teaching of yoga since 2014. A Georgia native (GO BULLDOGS!), she has lived in Pueblo, CO since 2013. As a student of yoga and functional movement modalities, her classes are grounded in stretching, balance, strength and mindfulness of breath. Meredith creates a classroom open to questions and the sharing of love, laughter and friendship. Modifications are available so that yogis of all ages, sizes, and abilities can reach their potential. Meredith is honored to lead classes that bring balance, awareness, health and happiness into the lives of each student. As a plus size yogi, she is so very excited to help others learn that every body is a yoga body!

Kimberly Warfield

Owner/Instructor

Kim has been teaching yoga since 2002. She has taught several varieties of classes over the years. She started yoga in response to arthritis and injuries, and has found it to be one of the best ways to maintain mobility and joint health. Kim's classes focus more on the physical aspects of yoga more than the meditative side. Manual adjustments to poses are pretty common, but not required. Kim teaches our Beginner's Yoga, PiYo(Pilates/Yoga Fusion), Postnatal/pelvic floor, and Chair Yoga classes.

Rob Warfield

Cardio Fit Instructor

Rob Warfield is a retired USMC MSGT. He has been teaching HIIT and Level 1 TRX since 2013, and has been teaching general fitness since 1999. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) cycles periods of physical activity and rest in between. Cardio Fitness class are a mix of HIIT workouts plus fun games to challenge yourself. Both classes are for any level of fitness... you decide how hard to make it. What you put into it is what you will get out of it.
